Evening all! I'm using up all my ingredient loose ends at home ahead of the winter and have run out of egg powder which I use instead of eggs. I've got a couple of kilos of blood plasma left and wondered if any of you have used it in the past as a form of egg replacement. Maybe mixed with water to make some form of solution? The baits won't need to be rolled, just extruded which will make life easier. Any advice gratefully received!

Mix 7 to 10% of the plasma with your dry ingredients and you will be fine.

I just thought I'd update. I used 200g of plasma to 2.5kg of base mix and it worked perfectly. Just add water!! Thanks Kenny 👍
