Just wondering what day ticket lakes that offer night fishing are about Peterborough way. I'm booked in at Float Farm Fishery on Sunday night, but no pegs free for Monday night (well on lapwing) and have a free pass until Tuesday afternoon 😁. So thought I would do another night somewhere near by. I'm not wanting a runs water, I'm wanting something that offers a chance of a 30. Fenland fishery's are already booked up, I know bluebells isn't far so that's my backup, but is there anything else on offer?

Think you can only day ticket/night fish the cat lake Whiskeys. I have fish it before, and don't mind the lake, but the mosquitoes there are unreal, and unfortunately I'm one of the people that the love, even with skin so soft on!!

Mate those mozzies on whiskers are unreal . Before he had it as a day ticket water the cat lake it was a small syndicate and I was the only person to have a ticket on it for the last year . Having that lake to myself for a whole year was a touch .

You did a year on it? Was you after the cats or the carp?? I use to fish it a couple of times a year, but haven't been there for 7/8 years. I had loads of cats out of it, be never got a 30+ out of it. It had some cracking carp in there, really big fins, and proper power houses. I managed afew out of it, but would love to know how big they went in there.
A year on it, bet it was great early in the year and late in the year, but the mozzies, it's the worst place I've ever fished for them. And unfortunately they love me, and I react to there bites. So after a night on there I would inevitably get bit, and I would look like I've gone 12 rounds with Tyson. Shame really as I liked the lake.

Not sure if it's the correct name but Sibson fisheries wansford do a day ticket I think, make sure you look at the big lake with one or two island's not the smaller one the other side of the railway line.

I was told it got ottered a few years ago. Yea another one I already knew of. Use to have to cracking scaly mirrors in, but nothing massive, mid to height 20. I dd a few trips on it in winter, must be 10 years ago now. Lovey place but nothing in it that interest me. I might seem abit picky, but I don't get to go to much atm, with two under 3's at home. If I'm after a bite I already have a place, with fish up to scrapper 30. So when I get chance to go wherever I would like to go somewhere with a chance of something special. So atm it's looking like bluebells, unless someone knows of somewhere I don't know of a chunk!!
