Hi all

I have some original Delkim TXIs from the late 1990's. they have generally been excellent, but one has developed a "squeak". I could send it back to Delkim but can anyone recommend someone good who is relatively local to me (Surrey and surrounding counties) that I can drop it with rather than posting?

If Dal is busy you could try lloyd Reynolds good service
quick turnaround too I have his details somewhere

Have you used him? I have an alarm that needs a repair but can't even get a reply from dalectronics

Yes I have for a led change on a tlb

I last used Dalectronics back end of last year and he was very busy, 10 week turnaround. I sent my alarm off on the 6th November 2020 and got it back about 8th April 2021. That's about 19 / 20 weeks overall.

I contacted him on his facebook page if you have not tried that way.

But, I can see nothing has been posted since 12th of March on his page.

Dal's helpful, and is a nice guy to speak to on the phone, but turnaround times and communication can be so poor at times.

I believe Delkim have stopped repairing the older mk1s now too.

Agree Dal is a great bloke and very knowledgable
I was recommended Lloyd by a friend and he could do my
Alarm in a short space of time so went with him on this occasion.
