As the title says, what have people found to be the best levels of powdered GLM in a 1 egg mix for hi attract pop ups.

Interested to know popular betaine levels and other additions to a mix that you felt made a difference?

I'm no expert but I've read the "magic" level of GLM is 10% of your dry mix. Any more will not yield better results. Betaine (natural) is strong stuff. I use it at around 1% inclusion rate. Works well with brocacel and liver.
"Hi attract" to me means more than usual flavourings - up to the levels you'd normally use in a kilo of bait! It's also worth experimenting with different colours to find what works on your water. White, yellow and pink are often winners.
Good luck.

Thanks, I've been playing around with many different levels but can't settle on GLM levels 9n a single hookbsit mix, as for betaine, when I used to knock up nutra baits trigger I used to pile it in and it seemed the more the better.
