I recently bought a 2010 Honda CR-V. Unfortunately the satnav/radio unit is 6 years out of date and can no longer be updated. Can anyone recommend a decent double din head unit, preferably with Dab radio?

Depends if you want a car play unit or just dab / CD player job mate. If car play can't go wrong with the pioneer units something like the da230dab
