Anyone purchased this book? If so what did you think of it?

Haven't been impressed by the quality of any of the recent bounty hunter books but always liked the authors magazine articles.

Also read on IG over the weekend he is compiling a book about the History of Oxfordshire carping

Yes i have the book. it is ok and a bit more involved than some of the bounty hunter ones.

if you liked his articles, you will like this

yes - he and another person are writing the Oxford book, i think from what ive heard is that his Dad was involved a bit with stockings?

If my memory serves me correct he is interviewed at great length on one of the Baitworks podcast.
Might be worth a listen....

he has been on Carp Cast also as fished on Elstow same time as Jamie & Mark
