After breaking my shim tech xt I thought I was up poop creek until the above re made the oscillation sliders. Been nearly 9 weeks and still nothing, anyone else made an order recently and had better luck!?

I know he gets bit of a bad rep when comes to reels but posting a letter surely shouldn't be an issue!! I posted some engraved cutlery to the Netherlands and was received within 2 weeks. Are the Germans being more strict does anybody know!?

Unfortunately I wouldn't trust him with a penny of my money, which is a shame as on the odd occasion it arrives it is good stuff.

I only have bad experiences with that company. Would NEVER use him again.
He has good products, but he doesn't know how to run a business.

Yeah it's just a shame as seems to have/do decent stuff. He left me a Message this morning after I put a comment on Facebook. I understand after leaving the eu it's now a ball ache, but still can't understand how it's taken nearly 5x as long to be delivered from Germany to U.K. then U.K. to Netherlands! Wouldn't mind but pnp was about £16!

If he spent a fraction of the time he does making excuses just going post office he'd have a viable business.

Yeah I just can't see it being that big a deal to stop postage, or making it take so long. It's smaller then a matchbox!!!

I ordered some bits off him about an month ago and took about 3 weeks to arrive, all arrived as should have done and in the condition as expected, these were a couple of reel decal bits and more than happy, knew it was not going to be quick.
