Hi All,

Has anyone ever experienced an issue with their NTXR alarm as follows... basically the alarm works fine when turned on and has never missed a beat, however once switched off when you go to turn it on again the next day it appears dead. However, once you take the batteries out and put them back in it works fine again... It's like it goes into a sleep mode or something.

Anyone had this and know how to resolve it?

Have the batteries leaked onthe connector at all

Had it a few times with one of mine just pulled the battery terminals out a bit to make better contact!!

Some batteries are shorter and don't make a good connection,this can cause it

They are the same batteries used in the other two alarms though

I heard this from Daletronics: Sometimes they need a reset if the batteries have been in a while. Remove the batteries for 15 mins, this allows the head to reset. Replace with new batteries. If this does not solve the issue then something is at fault.

Software bug. Remove batteries for a short while and then replace.

My mates 3 ntxrs, one does exactly whats described. Funny how its always just 1 of the 3.
