Hi folks,
12 egg mix once a week.
Any recommendations for a simple bit of kit to boil baits in the shed ?
Thanks

For a 12 egg mix your looking around 1.5-1.8 kg of finished bait. So I'd likely just get a deep fat fryer thing. Be able to do that mix in two loads with a small one.

Sorry OP but my question might help you as well.
How many boilies will this do in one go do you think Peter and what temperature setting would I use as it goes up to 200 degrees Celsius. Thinking if I set it to 100 and Chuck a load of boilies in, it's going to go off the boil. Thanks in advance 👍

I set it to just above 100, no point going any higher it won't get any hotter as its just a thermostat. I fill it with hot water from the tap to give it a good start. I then put in 0.5kg to 0.75kg per load it it tends to come straight back onto the boil. The important thing is you work out the timings for you and your bait and then you can repeat (or adjust) as often as you like

Brilliant, thanks for the info Pete that's a great help. I've been using a normal size chip pan with basket but can't do too many at once as it goes off the boil easy. This can speed things up a bit for me
