Any one know of a boat style rod holder that screws into a bank stick or storm pole?

Our boat rod holders came with 2 different mounting options, 1 to flush mount on the boat, 2 a clamp to mount onto a rail. I'm sure the second option could be adapted to mount onto a bank stick (or storm pole).
