Good afternoon people... I have the Nash SS4 wideboy bedchair. It dips at the end of the bed and is extremely uncomfortable... this is my second one as they replaced the first one for the same problem.

I am currently trying to get a refund... my question is:- has anyone els experienced this or have I just been unlucky enough to get 2 bad beds?
