I've just got some second out feels and they feel a bit gritty, any one got any good guides for self servicing reels?

Any tricks or tips welcome

The rocket fuel liquid grease is very good,

What reels are they? Most if not all of the daiwa schematics can be located online.

Daiwa use lock tight on the screw that secures the clamp onto the worm gear. A 100 watt soldering Iron allows you to free this by applying heat to the nut head.

I also have an ultra sonic bath which is used to clean the parts although isopropyl is great for removing grease.
