Never had anything from sabre, like the look of this holdall.
Any negatives or positives about this company, or their products? TIA.

I owned a saber (supra?) 3 rod holdall a few years back and it was great, I only got rid as I bought a CA trident. I think the saber was actually a better design and more functional but it didn't have much padding.

I also have one the original Saber cradles - great bit of kit that I've used extensively. It doesn't get out much anymore just because it is bulky (I believe they now do a few sizes but this is huge) so only tend to use it where rules dictate a cradle.

Great bit of kit. They added an extra panel to them so they'll take any size of rod and reel. Takes a brolly down the side too without being overly big.

That's interesting, I picked one up 2nd hand and it was to tight for my rods, had to move it on.

I've got one, reel wise it's fine, but it is a bit snug. I've only got 40mm butt rings, don't think I'd want to put 50s in it. I'll keep it until it breaks but I won't replace it with another.

Seems like a dealbreaker, sick of struggling with the zips, which seems to be the case on all I've owned.

Yes, mine were 50's and were a stupidly tight fit so not for me.

They've made them bigger? As in the latest model?
Hope so, as I've seen the video and looks roomy enough.
