I'm a long term and reasonably happy Android user.....but the rest of the Fam are on Apple and there's things we could share plus me and the missus want a new desktop and of course she wants an Apple Mac.

So, I'm considering ditching Android and going over to iOS.....so....

Has anyone done just that and regretted it?
Has anyone done it and found iOS better?
How well does the app work to transfer data from Android to Apple? I've heard it's crap!

My Mrs transferred from her beloved Blackberry 2 years ago to iPhone and said it was easy and now loves iPhone and wished she had done it earlier

But as an aside she has a MacBook air for personal use and a normal computer for her work (windows) and cannot stand MacBook for work and actually dislikes it for her personal stuff which is now done on her work computer. She is a high usage worker and has occasionally had to use MacBook whilst travelling for work and hates it and was going to launch it off train at one stage!

But the phone she absolutely loves and comments the I stands for idiot proof
