I'm due to stay down in Burford towards the end of June with partner / parents.

Looking for some suggestions for day ticket waters that aren't going to be a circus (we're 15 mins from Linear, but looking for somewhere a bit quieter)

Given it will be day tickets only, and during daylight looking for some decent, fairly easy waters, don't need to have monsters in, will be happy with anything mid teens to twenties.

Will have the mrs and my mother there so would need somewhere with toilets etc.

Had a look on the j telnet and only really throws up the usual inspects that no doubt will be crammed.

Any pointers massively appreciated.

Chad lakes, about 15 mins north of Burford.

Nice little lake, toilets on site and never usually busy.

Leamington Lakes is in Moreton-in-the-Marsh and not that far along the Fosse Way from Burford. Got a few different lakes of different difficulties and fish size including a specimen lake. Haven't been there for over 10 years but it's got a website and social media pages that should help you out with some info. From what I remember was very picturesque and didn't get too busy.

It depends on how far you want to travel but it may be worth contacting whelford pools

Horseshoe lake but I think u must be in the carp society,
