Hoping tk get some feedback on the solar sp c tech bed chair

I currently have a mash mf60 wideboy and it's a beast but overkill for pretty much all my fishing it weighs a ton and is just massive and so I tend to use a trakker levelite with a fortis bag most of the time and I'm
Thinking of treating myself and I like the look of the c tech

I've no need for the sleepsystem I'll use the fortis bag and so I'm keen to hear of any users feedback and in particular of any comparison against the beds I currently have

I have the solar with the fortis bag and it is superb.It is very comfy,well made but it is not the lightest even with the fortis bag.I had a trakker els previously and the solar is far superior in build quality

I have a solar sp c tech wide bedchair with a Gardner carp duvet on. Gret piece of kit and well made. As previous poster says, not the lightest but worth the extra effort 😁.

For me the mattress of the Solar CH08 (not bankmaster) felt better, build quality on both CH08 and Sp is top , ended up with the Trakker Oval levelite.

I have the SP, as has been mentioned pretty massive and heavy. one issue is that it is seriously "firm"! overall happy with mine.

Not used my Solar SP sleep system yet as bought it for my week long French trips just before the Covid situation hit, I generally use my compact ELS for a night or two but two of my mates also have the Solar bed sleep system and use them for their general overnight/weekend fishing cannot rate it highly enough saying its worth the extra weight one maintains he gets a better nights sleep in it than his bed at home.

Before you buy the Solar Sp try the Solar CH08 also, if the CH08 is also good you have a cheaper top bedchair.

Thanks for the feedback sounds like it's luxury but weighty.

It can't be heavier than the wideboy mf60 mine weighs 18k with both layers on

Best bed on the market for me Rob and ive had most of the top end beds from most manufacturers. The build quality is in a different league to any other bed ive had. As mentioned its a very firm bed and very heavy due to how well its made but the extra size and weight is more than worth it as its super comfy with no sag in the middle. I have the wide version and it takes up my whole boot when its in the car.
