Just brought this bedchair, had the benchmark system thought I'd try the benchmark lite system, seems comfy to sleep on but terrible to sit on its so soft even after tightening all the rope up you are sunk right down giving me back ache must be the worst bed I've had to sit which is a pity as the rest is perfect for what I want, anyone over come this softness.

Yeah use a firm pillow or SIM.

I have a bench mark and it's great and I've stopped taking an extra chair for a nights session however my pillow is awesome dragons fur and sea horse air super duper.

Basically spread the load or loose weight, me I spread mine.

I love mine, it's a great bed chair.

I have tightened the ropes underneath though to stiffen it up
