I've just spooled up with the 12lb 0.34 and have been using it for the 24 hours and I have been delighted with it. I've been using the palomar knot with it and have had a couple of fish on it and it's been fine so far but I have read that a tucked blood knot is better can any users of this line confirm or deny this thanks.

Same as that. I'm using It now for the first time. It's fantastic. Is basically behaves like a mono.

Anyway, for years I've been using a knot I can't find a name for, i thought it was a grinner / uni but a bit more than standard.

I tie like a blood, by looping the line, wrapping 4 or 5 times
Then pass back towards the small gap made where the line looped around swivel (or whatever tieing to
As you would tuck a blood by passing the line back through the big loop you just made, I then wrap a further 4 times over the original wrap and under the big loop

In effect..it's a tucked blood but that tuck is tucked 4 times.

Works really well for me using cf600 or xline


Edit - it's a grinner but slightly different from what we normally see on most diagrams I can find, but this is what I mean, it's on the video

Its fantastic best fluro I have ever used by a long way. Its more supple the the gardner gt80 plus i was previously using lol.

I'm using it in 15lb lovely line , best fluoro I have used .🙂
