Recently purchased some Daiwa Crosscast 45 SCW reels and i think the line lay on the spool could be improved a little., it looks like there is room for more line at the front of the spool. What would i need to do using the washers provided to sort it. just thinking for when i next re-spool. Never bothered to use washers on reels before.

Removing washers will move the line to the front

Look at the Terry Edmunds video on line lay before you change to a parallel or backward taper.
