Its tiny and not particularly stable in wind, however mine has lasted years (7 years maybe) of day sessions and is still going strong. I always wish for something with more coverage though when it starts hammering down.

Mines been spot on , big enough to get a chair and a couple of bags under it. Not sure how it's not very stable in the wind though , with a centre pole 2 storm caps for storm poles and 5 pegging points. I'd say it's a lot more stable than a lot of similar brollies. Is probably the only brolly that fox have produced that hasn't come with a few issues

I been looking at the korum graphite brolly but all the river boys say that the fox is the best as i fish rivers for barbel and lakes for carp thought I would ask on here as I would like to use it for both for days I liked how light it is I been using my tempest v2 for lakes I feel it's to bulky for days was also looking at wychwood tactical but a lot heavier any other opinions

my brolly has come there is no clip on strap that keeps it closed just tied in a bow should it have t a clip ? also if it's put on tilt does the brolly spike have to go in ground as you can peg it all round thanks

Had it up this morning not that impressed tbh spent ages trying to close it no button just brute force no storm poles no clip on tie which has been forgotten to put on in factory I think thin material over priced I think 70 quid would be about right back to the drawing board

Yep I have a fox 45 inch specialist brolly had it for a few years now and find the material just fine plenty thick enough and when collapsing in down couldn't be any easier just pull mechanism down and it collapses down fine mine only has 2 bits of cord material to tie it up in a bow that's how they are no buckle clips like some have

yes I took a while the first time I put it up looking how to close it but soon found it much easier a quick yank folds in a flash just enough coverage with a chair

What is your opinion on the brolly? Would you buy one again the coverage I suppose is down to what size chair you use as others have said they could have included a couple of small storm rods

Can this brolly be used without hammering the pole in ground also if you use storm poles what length are best thanks

You can 24in storm poles will be fine
