Got to say I have found their customer service first class. Made contact on a Facebook post asking if they had any long length prolite grey banksticks. Needed a couple to finish off a full setup for all eventuaulities but the range has been discontinued. Was contacted and told someone would look and see if there were any available. Within 24 hours had been contacted personally again and three sticks they had found were put on the website for me to order.Pair arrived today after a slight delay which Jag looked into for me. First class personal service.

I agree with this there customer service is brilliant, had nothing but good experiences with them

got to be said, their customer service ibe used a couple of tunes,very responsive, can't do enough to rectify the problem quick enough. Worth paying the extra for British made and respond to any problems .

I am still waiting a call back from 2 years ago regarding an enquiry I made.
