Ive gotva MK1 CARP PORTER the screws have all gone rusty in their holes and when undoing some of them the plastic heads have broken off leaving the threads in the holes
(Which ive eventually got out)
Im wondering do the MK1 /2 and others all use the same size screws?

Most likely I would say yes they would be the same

There's a company called vital parts that sells the thumbscrews as well as many other useful components 👍

have a look on ebay - theres normally a carp porter spares pack or two for sale on there that will have some of those knobs and some new bearings etc
