Been looking at getting a boat, principally due to a new syndicate I joined.

I was leaning towards the Cult Ranger with their bc151 Sonar / fish finder unit - this comes in at £1.1k,

GPS would also be ideal, but is this simply not achievable for the money? Looked at the Ned boat 2, but seems to be perpetually out of stock.

There is a new boat coming out that has built in GPS,4 hoppers you can drop individually and you can charge the batteries whilst they are still in the boat.It comes with an arm you can screw into the back to hold a deeper,im not sure on the cost of it but it looks smart.I think it was Rippton xcatch baitboat

Looks like it's running the same OS as the ND smart baitboat 2.

The battery life isn't as good as ND's (maybe ND are talking cobblers?) Looks like a mini stealth navy boat.

Cheers, ended up ordering the cult ranger package with a tolson sonar, should do the job, going to go without gps for now at least.
