Why would you want to boil them? You need a thin liquid to permeate the bait. A good one is the liquid left after cooking hemp or water plus a glug. You will need about 250mil of liquid per kilo of bait. Also start the process today or you won't get the liquid into them by Tuesday. The other option is to crush them and then add liquids.

Put hot kettle water over them for an hour this morning before adding liquids mate they have expanded and softened slightly so just a waiting game now 🤞🏻

Ah, ok. I got you. Thought you were re-boiling them which would make them harder!
Are you sure?
