Hi all,

I've used Tigers for a good while on the right occasions and they have done me superbly. I was hoping to cook up some batches of say 500g at a time that I can prepare in bulk, just grab and go for a session and prepare well in advance.

How would you reccomend storage?

Would you suggest freezing? Does freezing effect them negatively? Could I drain the liquids and maybe store in jars for months or would this not work?

Cheers,

Aaron

Personally I would freeze them, but do it with the liquid, they will dry out and float if you don't.

With freezing the gloopy state of the liquid remains and continues to ferment, or whatever the process is, once defrosted.

Thank you all. I normally prepare pretty fresh, but have taken on my own pub last year (just before all this, great timing🤣🤣 ) and found most of my sessions last year were short notice, day before kind of sessions which leaves no time to prepare dry particle

Hi, I haven't used this method yet, but I will be giving it a go later in the year.
