Right guys I've got some free spirit 10 ft bank creeper SU, they are looking abit tatty after a couple of years of solid abuse, is there anything round that price bracket that are as good ? Been looking at wychwood extricator plus, look really nice, or thinking maybe just get these rebuilt ? For the price of getting rebuilt I could probably get the wychwood new so not sure which way to go, or any others you would recommend up to £150 per rod 👍

Tackle box would probably build you some cfx's for around that money, nice blank too

Had a set of Tackle box 3lb CFX rods custom built last year and they are a lovely set of rods.

I have a pair of rods i want re-built, after contacting many a rod builder, its just as cost effective to buy new,,,

The rods i have are sentimental to me so i will get these re-built at some point, the main difficulty you will find is getting a decent rod builder whom is willing to take on the work....

Once i get these re-built the cost of the re-build will be probably cost more than the rods re-sale value, but as i have no interest in selling these on this is irrelevant for me
