Anyone know who runs the fishing on the chalk pit at Shepreth, the one that's just by the A10? Used to a club lake when I fished it , looked to be a syndicate now? Cheers.

I believe it's private and no fishing now and has been for a fair while.. owned by the houses. I used to drive past it every day on my commute but never got around to having a proper look.

Do you know its a syndi? Have you seen anyone fishing?
I too thought it was owned by the houses adjacent.
Famous old history lake that, fished by the early poineers.
Caught my first carp there, 41 years ago.
