One for the bait guru's here.
How do their flavour's compare, say their Plum to J.Bakers?
I've not used them for anything in the past and was just wondering about the quality.
EDIT....I know they dont do a Plum, was just an example.

i wouldnt get too hung up on flavour profiles. unless you have the compound profiles, you'd not be able to define the "best"
basemixes are more important

Thanks, I just fancied digging out the rolling tables whilst we were on lockdown and making some of my favourite old pop ups.
I still have loads of old flavours, but I just dont want to use anything so old and wondered how the newer brand flavours compared to each other.

That BAF Maple+ is so nice... I've contemplated putting it on my pancakes.
I use BAF, JB and a few other flavours. Because its only tiny amounts used per kilo I'm happy to pay top dollar for good ones.

BAF don't do plum so that would be hard to compare! I have most of their range however and can confirm that they are very good flavours. I can compare JB plum with the AA Baits one as I have both. Smell is very similar I would say but the JB one is more concentrated so you need less. It's also impossible to say if the chemical composition differs so how do you judge if one is better than the other just by smelling them?
