Following on from my other crabby boilie threads over the past few months I thought I'd settled on the Oxford carp baits gs crab. 70 quid for 10 kilos and cheaper than that if they do deals.

But I'm also liking the look of hydra k, I don't even know why apart from reading some threads saying it's good. Is it worth the extra 15 quid for 10k.

This is going to be my bait for the year, I don't use a great deal, so the extra cost isn't a major issue but it's noticeable.

HI

If you pick up the bait from ABS you'll save money. Note though hydra k is only available as freezer bait.

If you wanted to go a bit cheaper and still “crabby”, you could try ABS's Rock Lobster - but yes, I pay the extra for Hydra K 👍

Yeah I did see that, not a massive problem at the moment. Wouldn't surprise me if it's April time before I need any bait how it's going.
Are you sure?
