I saw a set of these today, I have wanted a korda set for a while but wasn't sure if I would use them, however at this price £35 for a three rod set including groud spike! I am seriously considering anybody used them?

I was in same position as you last year.
Think they lasted two trips before I threw away 😀.

Seen someone using them on a local water. For the money looked ok. Can't comment on the quality or longevity of them. As you have already mentioned about not being sure if you will use them so for £35 you can't really go wrong. Then If you find you like them eventually upgrade.

It's best to pay the money to begin with otherwise you waste £35 then will be no need to upgrade as you will struggle to sell the ngt you don't have to buy top end gear there's lots of medium priced gear out there or try second hand

Pretty sure they don't have the stabiliser like the korda system does which is essential imo as without it they can twist like standard single stick and bar setups

Pretty certain they do have the stabilisers, although unconfirmed how good a quality they are. This what you get in a full 2 rod set up:

But it doesn't grip the buzz bar, just the single stick which still means you can get twist in the thread that joins the spike to the buzz bar, which is one of the best features of the genuine ones imo

You get what you pay for imho
Maybe I was unlucky but the quality was poor.
The threaded bottom part of the uprights were riveted in place and came loose.
Obviously built to a budget but I wasn't happy with them.
One thing which you might want to note...the buzz bars on the three rod set were both exactly same size which doesn't look right when rods are sitting on them
