I'm new to the forum so firstly hello to everyone, I've recently got back into carp fishing the last couple of years and wondered if there is any decent lakes within 20/30 miles of doncaster. I've fished at Hayton lakes a few times on the specimen lake, hard venue with only around 60/70 fish so I've been told and had nothing on there yet. Any advice and venues would be welcome. Cheers 👍🏽

Plenty to go at around Doncaster and add 30 miles and you have a lot more too.
It all depends upon what you are after - day ticket, member water, syndicate, clubs - runs waters etc etc.

Probably more day ticket, I've just joined the Hull and district book and there is some good ones on there, I know alderfen is a club water. Don't want somewhere that's going to be rammed full of people.
