Hi everyone. Hope you all had a good Christmas.
I've got a 20oz basemix recipe and for the life of me cannot remember how to convert it into grams/kilos.
If anyone can help I would be most grateful.

If that was me I'd divide everything by 2 and then you have a 10oz mix. Then just add 2 zero's on the end of each weight and call them gramms

>>>If that was me I'd divide everything by 2 and then you have a 10oz mix. Then just add 2 zero's on the end of each weight and call them gramms<<<<
That is widely inaccurate, it would mean a 20oz mix, divided by 2 would be 10oz, add to 2 zeroes would make it 1000, and that would be a 1000 grms or 1 KG. So you would virtually end up with almost twice as much, 35 ounces.
The simplest way is. just type "Ounces to Gram" into google and you will be able to find a conversion site.

I think he is trying to convert a recipe that currently adds up to 20oz into grams so it's easier to work out what he needs. The method suggested will maintain the correct ratio of each ingredient
