Yes they will fully charge a phone, will also charge a powerbank albeit slowly due to increased battery capacity.
They push out up to 2 x 2.4amp so will be similar to a normal (non fast) home charger.
Gerry, correct but then it is only a usb charger but will be useful for lots of bits and pieces we take. I have an anker version and it's very useful, roughly the size of an a4 sheet of paper and maybe few centimetres thick.
