Looked at it in the shop... just another bit of angling clobber really, nothing special and definitely not the next best thing if you were looking at a Berghaus Paclite - which I have in a green/peat colour... I use it over a fleece in spring/autumn on wet days and have it on hand in summer, but it is not a winter jacket. One thing it is, and that's 100% waterproof - even in sustained heavy rain - it's a Gortex jacket, the Korda isn't quite in the same league.
Fox do a camo 10k jacket that's decent - missis bought me one to use as a shell jacket in winter over a heavy fleece/bib n brace on damp days - has kept me dry and seems very well made, comfy too. Think they are around £80.
