Does anyone know anything about the lakes next to Manor Farm in Essex?

I've seen a bivvy on the one right next to this lake. The other lake appears to be for sailing / watersports though!?

You mean Stubbers ?

Theres 3 lakes, 2 belong to stubbers and one is a well knows essex syndicate. But you wouldnt see bivvys on stubbers and you cant see the 3rd lake from the road.

Unless your talking about another manor farm, maybe Berwick Manor? theres 3 lakes there

Dont know if this helps - I have also seen the Bivvys (from the Denise's lane end not Stubbers entrance end). Looking at google maps satellite view and magnified

i can see bivvies on the lake next to the Manor. Is this the Warwick? which i believe is close by?

stubbers is fishable, other lake the op means could be pea lane.over the road from manors gates..

Pretty sure you can't see pea lane from the road though, manor you can see the vans parked up. As the op mentioned manor farm it's got to be one of stubbers surely
