Using lighter bobbins and slack lines, I have noticed that the line skims over the Neville roller without actually turning it. Has anyone used anything to remedy this. Some kind of rubberised spray maybe?
I thought about a tight fitting O'ring in the groove. This should work, but will effectively increase the diameter of the wheel, and decrease the sensitivity of the alarm.

switch to the white matrix rollers, found the std black rollers to be the issue with mine.
