Anyone had any recent contact with Graeme at dymag? Spoke to him during lockdown in April, been trying to get in touch for a few months now to place the same order to absolutely no avail? Text/email/calls all being ignored? Is he still trading?

Sure he is however all blanks coming from harrisons( as his does) are subject to long delays due to staff isolating etc , so it could be something to do with that ? But he would still answer you unless he is ill ?

He is normally pretty good at replying particularly emails, I'm only after bank wear, buzz bars sticks and some stabilisers. Hope he is all well, just wondered if anyone else knew something I may not.

I've emailed a few times enquiring on prices (don't know why they aren't just listed on the website), availibility or asking to order and have never had a reply.
Haven't bothered chasing someone to buy from them, would rather go elsewhere where your custom is appreciated.

I gave up. Emailed a quite few times now but never had a reply. He used to reply eventually but it s been months now and never heard anything. He has had quite a bit of money off me over the years. A quick reply is all thats required but nothing in 6 months is pretty crap. Hopefully he is well. Even if he just put something on his website saying he is not taking orders at the moment would be a start.

I dont think you realise its a custom made product by 1 man who produces IMHO the best landing net in the world barr none
its not a factory mate your paying a top price for a top product and worth the wait he gets snowed under with enquiries
pretty much the same as the other legend who makes custom products to order Defiant MPS who also makes some of the best custom products in the world
and lets not forget with covid affecting everyone and every ones materials your gonna get delays but some things in life are worth waiting for

Not replying to potential paying customers isn't really the best way to run a business though. The other company you reference, defiant mps are helpful, give prices and respond to emails.

I agree, hope he is well. Just wanted to ask to see if anyone one here may know him or have been in contact with him, I last spoke to him just before lockdown. It does become somewhat frustrating when trying to place an order for the best part of 6 months, especially when you know it's the best available and don't want to chop it in for anything else 🤷🏻♂️

There may well be a decent reason - I don't know as never chased them up.
