Hi has anyone got the xl buzz bar yet? basically I was waiting to get a rear and a front but I've read that the rear bar is very tight when fishing 3 rods not sure if this is just when using big pits though . I fish with x3 daiwa castizm 25's would I be better purchasing the xl rather than the rear and have front as rear so not as tight? Also waiting to purchase a micro pod when there back in stock.

3.x castizm would be fine with the rear and front,I use 1400 xtd and although its a bit of a squeeze it's perfectly useable

Hi Ashley. A question similar to this came up a few months ago. I posted up a few pictures of mine open and closed with measurements and reels on, and Andy has posted some excellent pictures of the way he uses his micro pod. You should be able to find them if you do a search and hopefully they will be able to help you make your mind up. I use std front and rears with entohs and they are fine.

I use two front bars for my basia qdx although they did fit with the rear I'm too old to be strategically placing reel handles so two fronts for me which work perfect

If it was easier to post pics I'd put some up of my nano in action

Haha fair enough

Im going with the rear and the front now, to be honest I'll probably be fishing 2 rods most of the year and 3 mainly in the winter. Looking forward to getting them
