I have the ctx in 12ft 3.25tc I really like them and I've had them about a year now

Had these a few years back before I moved to 10ft rods. They were very good rods, 3.5 was quite stiff and not what I'd call a players rod but they cast very well.

I have just purchased a set as second set of rods, I usually fish massive waters and use 13ft 3.75tc rods, that are super stiff l, so I wanted a set that I'd be ok with on smaller waters, I fish 20 acres or so, I didn't want to break the bank so decided on these at 3.5tc, got them in the Matt finish with cork handles, lovey looking and super slim, they are very soft compared to what I'm used to so for me felt lovely to play fish on, still cast a 4oz lead ok with 0.40 straight through to 100 yards no problem, absolutely cant fault them at all, performed superb,
Not sure if my century £1700 13ft custom builds are now worth the money as the ctx's felt brilliant and performed brilliant !

I got a set due to moving to a heavier water. Moved from es rods so these took alot to get used too, mainly casting as the es rods are so springy.
But as it stands I'm very happy with them and would highly recommend for the price
