Talk about last minute planning, sorted out a day off work for Friday and meeting up with a mate from down south and his son to do Friday - Sunday. We was going to go to bluebell but i believe this is constantly stitched up at the minute and the changes of us getting 3 peg yet alone near each other practically impossible. So where between Essex and Nottingham would be a good shout for us to go. Possibly a 4th person but they are not 100% yet.

Thought about A1 pits but if there anywhere else that's not going to be rammed, all the fair weather fisherman are surely starting to put their tackle into the loft with the sudden drop in temps.

Stanwick lakes isn't far from Bluebell so you could have that as a back up.

I've never been but Nash Royston might also be a shout
