Anybody else struggling to get through to Johnson Ross today by phone? Been trying all morning and each time it instantly disconnects, hope they haven't gone bust, they're sat on a rather large deposit of mine on three new custom built rods.

Nope still trading just been on the phone to them myself go through to them after a couple of try's of them being engaged to check on a back ordered I'm waiting for . Also recivced a delivery from them Saturday I ordered on Friday

Yes got through finally, just really strange to be instantly disconnected rather than hear an engaged tone.

I would be stunned if any of the major retailers AD, Johnson Ross, TFT etc have gone, or are going, bust during this last period. They have been making money hand over fist.

Was speaking to my local shop in Westward Ho! and they have taken more money from when fishing was allowed again to now than they did last year in total.

Spoke to Anthony Friday they are just extremely busy 🤷‍♂️

Just to further set minds at ease, my friend was in the shop on Friday buying rods

not tried them on the phone - but had a few deliveries recently from them with no issues...

I was in there yesterday- phone was ringing non stop, I'd either visit or order straight off website if I was you...
