I go every year, but this years trip was cancelled. This would of been our 13th year

we caught a lot of fish between us but mostly catfish
all of us had new PB catfish
my Mrs had 4 x 40s and 3 x 50s so she was made up
the carp were very elusive though and the biggest out was only 27lb which is unusual for this lake
this was my 4th visit
we booked through the English agent and he was a true gentleman

Great lake. Some big cats in there now. My last session 2019. I had 46 fish all week. Only 3 cats. Up to 46lb. Had 20 carp over 20lb+. But the carp was under 30lb. A real runs water. Fish to the far bank. You wont go wrong.

Five of us fished this venue lately, biggest carp was 23lb, we had cats up to 63lb, looks like the owners have turned this venue into a cat lake as its full of them, carp are plentiful but small and with so many cats about its very hard to see the carp getting and bigger.

I fished this venue some years ago, it was the same then as it is now. When I was I there the previous anglers were all French, and they do love there Cat fishing .
