hi all, been offered 2 of these for a £180, they are like new, I've seen them in the shop, but never on the bank.
I'm totally overgunned with my torrix 3.25s on my current waters, have been looking for a lighter set up.
Opinions please.

I had a set for exactly the reasons, lovely light blank and i had 7 rings opoosed to the standard 6 so they had a lovely fighting curve in them and stuck a 2.5oz lead a long way.... I actually regret selling mine to be honest

Same as below regretted selling mine, they're awesome rod's especially for that price

I have these rods and I think they are excellent although not used any others in that price bracket so no real comparision but I am very happy with them. Cast well and lovely playing action. At that price is a bargain and I would snap them up

Yes they are mine, they really are like new, I will keep the torrix for the occasional French trip, or larger waters at home.
I'm guessing a 2.5oz or 3oz lead should suit.
