Sadly my old net was smashed by a falling tree in high winds during winter (yes lesson truly learnt), saved the handle and spreader which I'd like to keep.

Any recommendations on new set of 42 arms? I looked at the freespirit HI-S arms, but the photo looked as if they only fitted the specific spreader?

Cost not a huge issue at it will be a birthday present.

I've been hunting for different arms to construct my own net - lots have specific fittings on the end.

I have matrix bulldogs (Harrison made) which are nice. Looked at the tackle box composite arms but they are very slim and I was unsure how stiff they would be.

i have the tackle box arms and block as my old arms had broke.. bought them fair few years ago and theyve been bomb proof

Yep i have a set of tackle box 50 inch arms on my 2nd/spare net...do the job no problem 😊

They are currently out of stock at the moment due to covid interupting their carbon supply - I'm waiting for a new set pf bulldog arms.

Thanks for the replies, I'll call tackle box, I can't seem to see 42” arms on their site.

Those who have the tackle box arms - how to they compare to high end carbon arms (harrison, freepirit,etc.) In terms of stiffness?
