Not sure I know what to do with this one.
The inner guide on the largest eye of my 12' Greys Marker rod has popped out and I cant find it anywhere.
I've phoned greys and due to covid they are only taking emails, so I tried to send an email and an error pops up when you attempt to submit the message, talk about a PIA.
Scratching my head here thinking what I can to sort this issue, is there anywhere I can contact to order a replacement inner guide gents please, if I can get hold of one I can just glue it back into the guide.
Appreciate any help.

You are going to have to replace the whole butt ring, the inners are not available to buy seperately. (You might see a few generic ones from China on ebay but not worth the risk imo)
Most decent tackle shops can replace it for around £15 depending on the make/model of ring.
