Has anyone bought anything off the official Nash tackle seller on eBay
If so do they carry any guarantees and has anyone had any problems with it

I've just purchased a mozzi mesh for a scope. A bargain at £20, it arrived a few days ago. Anyway, I had another delivery off some courier company today and when I opened it, it was another mozzi mesh. I looked at the return address and it said Nash Group. Concerned I cocked up and bought two I checked my eBay account and Id only paid for one. Being an honest chap I sent them a message and I had a reply saying thanks for letting us know. That's it! So I sent another message asking if they are going to collect and nothing!

I've bought a few things from their listings. Mainly Scopes (Edit:Scope rods). Never had any issues with anything I bought.
I assume that it is stock that has been used for demo purposes or items that have been returned by customers and therefore cannot be sold as new. If there is any cosmetic damage it is mentioned in the listing and usually a photo showing this.
Not sure about the guarantee, if any, off the top of my head. Probably more a case of buy it and inspect it and if it meets your requirements risk it at the reduced price..

officialnashtackle - doesn't seem to show up in general searches, I am sure there is some kind of seller search you can do. Or maybe not?

1,134 positive ratings, 2 neutral, so 8 negative is a drop in the ocean; especially considering people are more likely to post reviews or feedback if it is negative.

Majority of people don't tend to leave feedback for sellers anymore. I reckon only 1 in 4 people do it. It makes it really difficult for new sellers to build up a good rep.
Even some sellers no longer give feedback. Nash have only left feedback for 101 of their customers.

Yep I've had a refund from them for a titan tc pro I bought of their ebay shop the bivvy faded within a couple of months refunded the day they received it back

Not lying here, me and my mate have seen them boost their own times tens of times, the scope nets seem to be re-listed every 24 hours If they fail to make almost RRP on it when they're used... I've even messaged them twice saying I can see that they're boosting... very embarrassing

Good point. I saw some decidedly dodgy bidding on some of their auctions now that I remember it. Low bidder chipping away at the high bidder to see what maximum they had put in and then dropping out if they didn't accidentally over-bid.
But, this happens all the time on Ebay, with lots of srllers, and seems to be tolerated by the management at Ebay - if we know it is going on then so must they. For years my Ebay bidding strategy has been to follow an item then bid once with my maximum in the last 4 seconds so it is too late to boost me.

It's quite embarrassing that one of the largest tackle companies world wide are doing it, for an extra 5-10% on an item, it's the face they ignore your messages too.

Little bit naughty selling direct to customers when they're supposedly a retail business. If I was a shop owner I'd be annoyed to say the least. I Remember when Solar went direct to consumer- that certainly rattled a few cages in retail, they all discounted their solar gear hugely as a big %*#+ you 😂
