Hi. I think I must have owned every 10 footer on the market over the years. The best cork handled ones in my opinion are either the ECU's (I own these now 👌
or Free Spirit S class. You may struggle to find these in your price range, but worth keeping an eye on the 2nd hand market.
Also, ignore the negative things people say about Scopes. I owned 10ft 3lb scopes as my my main go to rods for about 3 years and loved them.

I've had wychwoods, scopes, fox's and now I have a set of tackle box CF-X black edition in 3lb and so far these are my favourites. The scopes were good but used them a lot for a few years and they really show the ware but that's the nature of having a telescopic rod I suppose.
The CFx feel more like a proper rod, you can underarm 4oz leads without getting mega tip bounce like I found with the foxes and wychwoods. Have said that they still have a nice through action. I've only had them a week but used them a few times. Have a look through old threads on here they get good reviews all round

Some 10ft rods come with full length handle like 12ft rods my tf gear compact commercial 10ft rods have full length handle . If you got the tackle box CFX black 10ft rods you could have them made the handle length you want with cork handle

I use the original fox horizon x in 10ft 3lb and absolutely love them,they're my go to rods. I've never seen a blank as think as these even on my match fishing rods..lovely rods great action..dont be fooled by the newer fox x range of rods...the horizon x is hard and shoulders above them
Just saw Sonik have Gravity X in 10ft 3LB, no cork but maybe consider it anyway.

I've had the Tackle Box CFX in 3lb for a year or so. I love them for my small water carping. My kids also use them when I take them. They are spot on.
One negative is this weekend one of the ceramic eye rings popped out which is very annoying. My Harrison Torrix with Fuji eyes are well over 12 years old never had such issues with them.

So look for a cheap 10ft till the Fs are delivered, someone experienced with the DAM MAD Greyline Classic Full Cork? doesn't look like a bad rod to me
