As the title says really what's the best option for this price range.

Looking for a set that will be an all rounder as will be fishing a bit of a mixed bag in terms of waters.

Tackle box and freespirit ctx rods are great for your budget

As said the tackle box cfx rod's are brilliant

Get a set of some second hand harrison for that money,

As already said a mint set of Harrison cerbera second hand only go for around 400 or free spirit e class gold if I was looking at rods I'd definitely look at nearly new second hand
