Okay looking for opinions on a 3 wheeled barrow. I have recently had knee surgery and am looking at a barrow to take the pressure off lifting and pushing as much. From what I can see until I could afford a power porter there is the TFG Juggernaught or Prestidge Tri-porter??

If you use either please let me know good points and bad points and if it is worth buying thanks

I have also recently had replacement knee surgery and had the same dilemma. I have purchased the power porter extreme and it is brilliant and I definitely recommend it. My previous barrow was the 3 wheeled tri porter big boy (which is basically the same barrow but w/o power).
The Tri porter big boy is a fine barrow which generally you dont "lift and push" but "push" only but is still very heavy.
Both are heavy when you do indeed need to "Lift" on the few occasions that you encounter a tight turn. Neither pack down very small. If you can wheel them straight into a van or as I do into a trailer, it's an advantage.
For what it's worth the tri porter is still a good interim option because it is a very stable barrow and wont tip over when you take a rest.
Just remember that because a barrow will take a massive load .. you dont have to take the kitchen sink.
