Are you looking for lake exclusive with all the bells and whistles or a drive and survive type venue, a friend of mine is just opening up a 30 acre lake in the area your after drive and survive basic facilities until permission comes through to buid a shower/wc block only a composting toilet at the moment possibly all facilities later this year, he's had it 2 years been stocking, swim building, feeding them up.

Mostly German strain carp with some French Royals around 600 were stocked in 2018 and more 2019, majority went in as 6 to 8 kilo stock fish in 2018 which are already coming out averaging between 17 to 21 kilos some French fish between 28 to 44lb were added winter 2019.
